Luke Timothy Johnson
Luke Timothy Johnson, the Robert W. Woodruff Professor of the New Testament and Christian Origins at the Candler School of Theology, Emory University, is one of the leading scholars of Scripture in our time. The author of many scholarly and popular books, Johnson's work emphasizes the centrality of Jesus and the call to discipleship.
Frank Makoro
Frank Makoro is the founder of the Centre for Church Leadership and Community Development in South Africa (CCLCD), a faith-based organization serving children and families and leadership formation. His emphasis is on church development for community ministry, integrated with theological reflection.
Thelma Makoro
Thelma Makoro is the co-founder and Director of the Social Aid and Community Development program at the Centre for Church Leadership and Community Development (CCLCD) in South Africa. In addition to her considerable ministry, Thelma's recent writing emphasizes the role of women in leadership for community change.
Nicholas Wolterstorff
Across a wide range of scholarship, Nicholas Wolterstorff writes with a passion for God's shalom in the world. The author of numerous books including the forthcoming Justice: Rights and Wrongs (Princeton), Wolterstorff is the Noah Porter Professor Emeritus of Philosophical Theology at Yale Divinity School.
